Yes, it’s correct.   Based on §62(2) of the Town Law, the notice requirement involves the time and
place of a special meeting.  It says nothing about the subject or purpose of the meeting.  Similarly, the
Open Meetings Law merely requires that notice indicate the time and place of a meeting.   The notice
may include reference to the subject or subjects to be considered, but there is no obligation to do so.

that correct?
