Hi - -

It is assumed that the content of the power point presentation would be accessible under the
Freedom of Information Law. If that is so, and if the content of the power point is scheduled to be
discussed during an open meeting, yes, I believe that it should be disclosed in accordance with section
103(e) in advance of a meeting.

If you would like to discuss the issue, please feel free to call.

Bob

Subject: question

Hi Bob,

I've been working pretty hard on encouraging the boards I cover to get into compliance with the
new meeting document provision of the Open Meetings Law.

I have one question I was wondering if you might be able to help me with. If a board regularly
uses a powerpoint presentation as basically a guide for a meeting, should that be included in the
materials the board posts to its website?

If you don't have an answer, do you know where I might be able to get one?

Thanks!
