Subject: RE: Opinion needed

I ask whether the resolutions are scheduled to be discussed during open meetings. If they are, I
would agree that they should be posted online in advance of meetings if possible. On the other hand,
if the resolutions are likely to be discussed during executive sessions, there would be no obligation to
do so. Note that section 105(1)(f) of the Open Meetings Law permits a board to conduct an executive
session to discuss "the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or
corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline,
suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation…." It is possible that the board
may have a basis for conducting an executive session if, for example, the discussion involves
consideration of one's "employment history".

I hope that I have been of assistance.
