The Village of Nyack Local Waterfront Revitalization Program is a locally prepared comprehensive land and water use plan for the Villages' natural, public, and developed waterfront resources along the Hudson River.

The Village of Nyack LWRP refines and supplements the State's Coastal Management Program and provides a comprehensive framework within which critical waterfront issues can be addressed and planned waterfront improvement projects can be pursued and implemented. The Village of Nyack is rehabilitating its Memorial Park and accommodating recreational fishing on Hudson River by constructing a fishing pier at the southeastern corner of the park and removing debris and repairing the rotting barge currently at this location.
