The Village of Whitehall Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) is a locally prepared comprehensive land and water use plan for the Village's natural, public, and developed waterfront resources along the Champlain Canal and South Bay.
The Village of Whitehall LWRP provides a comprehensive framework within which critical waterfront issues can be addressed, and planned waterfront improvement projects can be pursued and implemented. The Village of Whitehall LWRP was adopted by the Village Board of Trustees on December 1, 2005 and approved by the New York State Secretary of State on December 13, 2006.
